A Most Successful Ski Swap !

Thank you Sparta Ski Booster Club Executive Council for making the 20th annual ski swap the most organized and productive ski swap in 20 years! We could not have done it without all the amazing vendors, sellers, and buyers who participated in this year's ski swap. Cheers to all the ski team parents, former team captains, and racers who worked so hard to make this fundraiser a great big success. What a glorious way to kick off the 21/22 race season.

Mrs Coach & I Wish To Thank You All!

The 21/22 Schedule

The race schedule is now available and has been posted on the events page of our website and on the calendar page. Practice training dates have also been posted on the calendar. We will be rotating between early and late gate training sessions at all three mountains; Winter 4 Kids, Mount Peter & Mountain Creek. Only on the days that we have a late training session at W4K, we will be departing the high school later. For all other practices, we will leave the high school once school is over. On race days with 3pm start times we will be departing the school early around 1pm.

Please Note: This schedule is subject to change and most likely will. Everyone needs to remain flexible and leave all dates open in Jan & Feb for scheduling changes.

NJISRA Rules

Conference alignment, race rule changes, and individual point system have been modified and can be viewed here: https://spartaski.com/conference-alignment-2022
I am pleased to announce the Sparta Rule is being written into the NJISRA bylaws this season. To affect team rankings, a team will have to compete in half the conference races as a qualified team in order for gratuitous wins & losses to be awarded.

Team Policies

Now is a good time for everyone to become familiar with our Team Policies; especially the Attendance Policy and Seeding. All policies will be strictly enforced.

Winter 4 Kids Covid Policy

We are still waiting on W4K to provide specifics regarding testing requirements for unvaccinated racers. Once we have more information we will let you know.
