The Sparta Ski Team is feeling pumped! The First Varsity Race of the season is TONIGHT. The team has been working super hard at practice and can't wait for the opportunity to shred the slalom course. Join me in sending them off with words of praise and good cheer as they set their sites on charging across the finish line. It's going to be a thrill.
Although spectators are NOT permitted at our races this season, you can follow the race as it happens on Live Timing. The race starts at 6:30 pm with Girls Varsity two runs, followed by Boys Varsity two runs. Nine NJ high school ski teams will be competing in tonight's slalom race.
Varsity racers should be at the SHS at 4:10 pm. Remember to bring in your speed suits.
